Kiyo has the freshest cherry stones and oysters & you cant miss them! I love their sushi platter and sashimi platter, very considerate amount and in a good assortment. Recommend their negitoro handroll as well, the toro melt in your mouth while green onion and the seaweed giving it a crispy twist. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮'𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀.

Japanese dishes are a true delight. Sushi is both beautiful and delicious, and the fresh shrimp is so vibrant it can seem like it's jumping. The rice bowls are hearty and flavorful, while sashimi, like oysters, are tender and fresh. The excellent service in a pleasant setting enhances the dining experience, especially with the open view of fresh ingredients. Dining here is a memorable and enjoyable culinary adventure.

Fresh sashimi and sushi. One of the best Uni (Sea Urchin) I ever had recently. Fun to drink Sake out of their special dispenser. Great place to be with your friends and family in Irvine, CA. Very friendly staff and fast service.

You know a Sushi place is good when there's a ton of Japanese people waiting outside for the place to open.
I was lucky to get a seat without waiting. The place filled up. I ordered Gyoza, and the teriyaki chicken lunch special with spicy tuna roll. Everything was delicious. Sitting at the sushi bar, I got to watch the chefs in action. I definitely want to return to try all the sushi and sashimi options.
